Timmons Exterminating is a locally owned company run by Jeff Timmons, and we have served Central Texas since 1998. Acton customers reach us on our Granbury line, and every job starts the same way: with an inspection of your property.
Acton sits in Hood County near Lake Granbury, so many calls involve lake-area homes, weekend places, and houses on larger lots. Pests get in from the yard as easily as from the street, which is why we treat the outside perimeter as carefully as the inside.
If you are not sure what you are dealing with, call and tell us what you see. We will say whether you need a treatment, an inspection, or just advice.
Seven services for Acton homes and businesses. Choose the one that fits, or call the Granbury line and we will help you decide.
We inspect your Acton home first, then treat around the outside and through the inside. Aimed at ants, roaches, spiders, scorpions, and fleas that find their way into houses and lake-area weekend homes.
About residential pest controlFor Acton shops, offices, and rental properties, we inspect, then lay out a short-term plan to clear the problem and a long-term plan to keep it from returning, scheduled around your hours.
About commercial pest controlActon foundations get a measured inspection and a written report. If termites are found, we go over your options and treat the soil along the foundation walls with a liquid application.
About termite controlScratching in the attic or droppings in a garage or outbuilding? We inspect to find how mice or rats are getting in, then discuss humane removal and custom solutions.
About rodent controlA thorough inspection confirms whether bed bugs are the cause. We treat where they hide and follow up, which matters for second homes and rentals where guests come and go.
About bed bug treatmentWasps under the eaves, bees near the patio, ticks in the yard. Call the Granbury line, describe it, and we will tell you how we would handle it.
About wasp, bee and tick controlTermite damage can build for years before anyone notices. An inspection of your Acton house or building shows what is there now, while it is still cheap to deal with.
