DeCordova is a lakeside community near Granbury, and Timmons Exterminating answers its calls on our Granbury line. Jeff Timmons runs the company, which has served Central Texas since 1998.
Many homes near the water are weekend or second homes that sit empty for stretches. Pests do not wait for the owner to arrive, so we are used to being asked to inspect a house that is closed up and to secure it again when we leave.
If you have noticed something odd and are not sure what it is, call and describe it. We will tell you what an inspection would cover.
These are the services available to DeCordova homes. Weekend and second homeowners can ask about scheduling when they are away.
We inspect your DeCordova home, then treat the exterior perimeter and the interior. Well suited to lakeside houses and weekend homes, aimed at ants, roaches, spiders, scorpions, and fleas.
About residential pest controlFor DeCordova businesses and rental operations, we inspect and then set out a short-term elimination plan and a long-term prevention plan, scheduled around your hours.
About commercial pest controlYour foundation is measured, your findings are written up, and your options are explained. If treatment is the right call, we apply a liquid treatment in the soil along the foundation walls.
About termite controlClosed-up homes attract mice and rats. We inspect to see where they are getting in, then go over humane removal options and custom solutions.
About rodent controlFor homes with regular guests, bed bugs can arrive in luggage. We confirm them with a detailed inspection, treat the hiding places, and follow up.
About bed bug treatmentWasps on the dock, bees by the porch, ticks in the grass. Call the Granbury line, tell us what you see, and we will advise.
About wasp, bee and tick controlA house that is empty for weeks at a time is a place where termites can go unnoticed. An inspection tells you whether yours has an active problem.
